What if I don’t have a photo ready when I order?
That’s no problem. Just place your order and email your photo/design details to info@isleofessence.co.uk when you’re ready. Please include your order number so we can match it to your purchase.

Can I see what my label will look like before you print it?
Yes, if you’d like a proof, please let us know in your email when you send your image/design ideas. We’ll send a preview to you before printing.

Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes! We can save your design on file if you’d like to order it again. Just mention in your email that it’s a repeat design.

Do you edit photos (e.g. fix lighting, crop people out)?
We’ll adjust sizing and placement so it fits the label perfectly, but we don’t heavily edit images. Please send the clearest version you can for the best result.

Can I request a specific style or colour scheme?
Absolutely. Let us know your preferences (minimalist, bold, neutral, romantic, etc.) when you email your design details.

How long does it take?
