We’re so glad you’re here! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your Isle of Essence order makes its way from our island studio to your doorstep.
🕯️ Processing Times
Each order is handmade, hand-packed, and full of intention. Please allow 2–5 working days for us to prepare and dispatch your goodies.
During busy periods (like launches or holidays), we’ll always keep you in the loop if there are any delays.
🚚 UK Shipping Options
We currently ship to addresses across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked Services:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.99 (Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.99 (Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch)
Your shipping option can be selected at checkout. All services include full tracking for peace of mind. 📦✨

💌 Tracking
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you.
🌍 International Shipping
We don’t currently ship outside the UK, but we’re working on it! If you’re international and interested in ordering, reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.
🕰️ Delivery Delays
While we always do our best to meet estimated timelines, we can't guarantee delivery dates once your parcel is with Royal Mail. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please get in touch and we’ll help track it down.
📦 Missing or Damaged Parcels
If something goes wrong — your order is damaged or doesn’t arrive — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at info@isleofessence.co.uk.
We may ask for photos and delivery details to help us resolve the issue quickly.
